Q1. How can I start using your service?
A. It is very simple to start using us as your Embroidery Digitizing/Vector Service provider. Please click Order Form/Quote on our website, Fill it up with your requirements and Submit. We will then process your order or quote accordingly. Please donít forget to fill up Credit Card Payment form with your Order Form. (For New Customers Only).
Q2. What file formats can I send you?
A. The file formats that we can accept are:.jpg, .gif, .bmp, .tif, .ai, .eps. We prefer a .gif or .jpg because the files are smaller and upload/download faster over the Internet. Any vector artwork like Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw, Freehand etc. needs to have text converted to curves or outlines, otherwise the fonts you send may not be the fonts we receive.
